To be outspoken, the record of teaching efficiency and distinctive academic achievements of staff members are the factors of determining the efficiency level of academic courses of the university. Due to the chief role of a staff member in achieving the educational mission of the university, and due to being keen on academic distinctiveness, the Supreme Administration of the University should work on creating and caring for a convenient academic environment that enables staff member to be distinctive. Staff members should be active, dedicated, and enthusiastic in seeking the achievement of the university's goals.
